Welcome to our family's Haiti happenings!

"Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell
in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee
the desires of thine heart.

Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and
he shall bring it to pass." Psalm 37:3-5

Our New Home!!

Over the last couple of weeks we have been working on getting our vehicles up and running, our rental house painted and water hooked up. Praise the Lord, Daddy got water running yesterday and we have city power much of the day, which was a nice surprise!

                       Our "fix-everything" Dad!!!

Looking into the living/dinning room and through to the kitchen.

Our smallest room.

Dad and Mom's bedrooom before it was painted.

Looking at the front of the house from the gate.

We have two Peacocks that jump over a 10' high wall
to come into our yard every morning and sometimes
in the afternoon; if it is quiet enough!
I named them Henry (pictured) and Alfred!

This is what Henry will do if you get too close to him.
This is the first time I've ever seen a Peacock put up his tail like this!
It was AMAZING!!

Henry and Alfred hanging out on the wall!!

Dad starting to paint the Master bedroom!

Jeremy & I working on the trim in the Master bedrooom,
while Dad finishes up the walls. Looks great!! Oui?

Jeremy washing the walls
in one of the bedrooms!

Josh sweeping out the garage/school room!
